Steve Meyer, CPA began his career working for a local CPA firm. Feeling the entrepreneurial spirit, he opened his own CPA firm, specializing in small business write-up and tax. From there he spent six years working in the governmental ERP software industry. His next challenge was to grow a fledging business providing W-2 Services to Fortune 500 companies. Within 5 years the business grew to over $8 million in annual revenues.

Steve earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO.

In April 2011, MS Govern added the Innoprise ERP Suite as an option to our customers. Innoprise is a very robust and current Web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. With the addition of this product suite to our portfolio, we're now able to offer you even MORE choices of public sector software to help your organization better service your citizens and improve overall efficiency.

We will continue to support and invest in the GEMS Financial and HRMS solutions as long as you continue to use and enjoy them. Under the Harris Software for Life policy, GEMS customers can switch to the Innoprise Suite without paying additional license fees, provided they are current with their software maintenance and support.

Loveland citizens also now have online access to account inquiry for permits, planning, and zoning; as well as building inspection status, inquiry and scheduling/rescheduling.

Loveland deployed Innoprise Tax in 2009 and Innoprise Financials in 2011.  The City provides a variety of municipal services to its 61,400 citizens.
