Remote Technical Services
Many government organizations are looking for cost effective ways to manage their technology support needs. In response, we've recently embellished our Remote Technical Services offering with options from basic IT troubleshooting to full server staging, along with:
- Database support
- Windows server support
- Installation of application patches and/or service packs
- Full service release upgrades
- Disaster recovery (incl. server maintenance, backup support, etc.)
- System audits and more!

Project Management
Our Project Managers team up with our customer's project staff to develop the project scope, time schedules, implementation priorities, and to identify and mitigate any factors that could affect the project's schedule or progress. The Project Charter is the basis we use for the entire implementation project. The project plan is the highly detailed step by step approach of "how" the goals for the Project Charter will be realized. Each member of the Project Team plays an important role in the success of the plan, from the Business Analyst to the Customer Sponsor to the Conversion Specialist. Our Project Management team is dedicated to project implementation methodologies specific to the public sector. That is what we do.
