For questions, comments or assistance regarding MS Govern's Financial or Human Resources Systems, please call 1.800.383.6029 and press 7 for support. Support lines are open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

For questions, comments or assistance regarding MS Govern’s Community Management modules, please call the support line at 1.800.561.8168 or email CMS Support. Montreal’s support line is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time ext: 5227, 5229, or 5220.

Introducing the "Sunset Rule"

As a result of your feedback regarding Support response times, effective March 1, 2010, the Support team is instituting the "Sunset Rule." What this means to you is that you will receive a call back to your logged support tracks before the end of the business day.  

Increasing our response times to you is our number one priority for 2010. The Sunset Rule assures you that your call was not only received, but also understood, and is being investigated by the appropriate MS Govern staff. 

Please note, we can only guarantee a call back to logged support tracks. If you did not receive an auto-reply with a ticket number when you logged your support track, please call to notify us right away (800.383.6029; option 7).

Account Management: Dedicated to You

As part of our commitment to improving the customer experience and stepping up our service levels, we've created the role of the Account Manager. What that means to you, the customer, is that you each now have a dedicated contact whose personal responsibility it is to get to know you and the needs of your organization, to assist you in driving forward your business, and to ensure your continued success with our solutions. 

You should expect to receive regular communications from your Account Manager. You can also request a site visit, start a user group, receive follow up on  resolutions, or submit suggestions and/or requirements directly to you Account Manager....all in addition to our standard support services.
