MS Govern is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Montreal office.
The primary responsibility of the Application Support Specialist will be to field inbound phone and email requests via the dedicated Support and Email Lines and take all appropriate action to process and resolve the issue in a timely manner. The Support Specialist will ensure all issues are “opened, assigned and closed” within our Corporate CRM. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer issue resolution. As a member of the Support Team, you will also assist in software upgrades and training sessions both off and onsite. This position reports to the Vice President of Client Services.
